RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with the goals and objectives of NMC’s O&M department and the organisation as a whole. This includes identifying target facilities and formulating strategies to penetrate new markets and expand our service offerings
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the UAE and other growth markets. Understand their needs, challenges, and requirements, and collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that address their specific needs. Act as a trusted advisor and point of contact for partners, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships

QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Certification
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred
Skills
Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and acquiring new business in a competitive environment
Strategic thinking and analytical mindset, with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
Strong negotiation and contract management skills
Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and needs in a dynamic healthcare environment
Ability to cope with resistance or setbacks when pushing through a plan or idea in a constructive manner
Familiarity of healthcare industry
Arabic speaker, preferably a UAE national with good connections within the market
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels
Proven experience in business development or sales ideally in generating Operations & Maintenance (O&M) leads
Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry
Experience
8+ years of experience in business development or sales with a proven track record of generating leads and executing sales contracts
