Responsibilities
To prepare required products and ensure compliance of work station in accordance with the Foodmark operational standards
Regularly checks and prepares stock needed.
Cooks food orders according to proper procedures and portioning.
Takes initiative to help management reduce expenses by minimizing food spoilage due to careless handling of food.
Monitors equipment and storage efficiency to prevent wastages.
Ensures proper use of all kitchen equipment.
Assists co-workers in their duties when necessary.
Maintains cleanliness in the kitchen area.
Accomplish reports as assigned by kitchen supervisor.
Prepares and cooks employee meals as assigned.
