Whizmo is the flagship product of Whizpay Technology LLC, an Abu Dhabi company with operating headquarters at Dubai Silicon Oasis focused on payments. Whizpay Technology LLC. is a collaboration between Mr. Saeed Bin Khalaf Bin Ahmed Al Otaiba and a team of technology and financial services experts from the UAE and around the world.Project Manager is responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of all projects within the company. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Role:
Communicate project status, updates, and potential risks to stakeholders, team members, and leadership through regular meetings, reports, and presentations.
Foster a collaborative and innovative project environment, encouraging open communication and idea sharing among team members.
Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Manage external vendors and partners as necessary to ensure seamless integration of third-party solutions into our fintech ecosystem.
Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of the projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define project requirements, objective and deliverable; and maintain close collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies with corresponding project stakeholders.
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and proactively implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
Continuously assess project processes and identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency gains, and best practices implementation.
Stay up-to-date with internal company compliance and regulatory changes to incorporate relevant insights into project planning and execution.
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or a related field.
MBA or PMP certification or other relevant is a plus.
3+ years of experience in project management.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to influence and motivate cross functional teams.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with project management software.
Experience in the fintech industry is a plus.
Experience with compliance an CBU regulatory is a plus.
Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional organizational and problem- solving abilities.
