Provide training and support to clients on BMS operation and maintenance.
Monitor and evaluate BMS performance, recommending improvements or upgrades as needed.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in BMS technology.
Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations in BMS project execution.
Knowledgeable in development in database for Sauter/Schneider brand commissioning tool.
Conduct site surveys and assessments to gather necessary information for project planning and design.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of BMS with building infrastructure.
Develop and review technical specifications, drawings, and documentation for BMS projects.
Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of BMS equipment and systems.
Conduct system performance tests and troubleshoot any issues or discrepancies.
Candidate Profile:
Professional certification in BMS or related field is preferred.
Experience in the construction or facilities management industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in BMS project management.
