Monitor and evaluate digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, paid advertising, SEO/SEM, and social media efforts.
Measure campaign effectiveness, ROI, and other relevant metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.
Ensure the accuracy and reliability of digital data by implementing data governance and quality control measures.
Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot data-related issues and optimize data collection processes.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital analytics.
Provide recommendations on new tools, methodologies, and techniques to enhance data analysis capabilities and drive innovation.
Support with financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting.
Gather, clean, and analyze digital data from various sources, including websites, social media platforms, mobile applications, and other digital channels.
Develop and maintain data dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.
Identify relevant data points and conduct in-depth analysis to extract actionable insights.
Utilize statistical techniques and data visualization tools to present findings in a clear and concise manner.
Analyze user interactions, website navigation patterns, and conversion funnels to gain a deep understanding of customer behavior’s and preferences.
Identify opportunities to improve user experience and website performance based on data-driven insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and product development, to implement data-backed strategies and drive user engagement and retention.

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as data analytics, statistics, mathematics, or computer science (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience in digital data analysis, preferably in a marketing or e-commerce environment.
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Magento, Redshift, Data Studio.
Proficiency in data manipulation and visualization tools, such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques and A/B testing methodologies.
