- User behavior analysis: Analyze user behavior on digital platforms (apps and website) to optimize user journeys and increase customer engagement.
- Competitive analysis: Monitor the competitive landscape, industry trends, and emerging technologies to provide recommendations for staying ahead of the competition.
- A/B Testing: Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests to assess the impact of changes and optimizations on key performance indicators.
- Requirements gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements for technology and product development.
- To use the InstaShop services as per the company policies in order to provide feedback on how to improve the service.
- Data analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze large data sets related, but not limited to customer orders, delivery times, stock, and operational metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement by providing feedback on the same.
- Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to provide real-time insights and performance metrics to stakeholders.
- Consumer insights: Analyze consumer feedback, reviews, and surveys to gain insights into customer preferences, pain points, and satisfaction levels, with a focus on improving the overall customer experience.
- Requirements:
Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management concepts. - Detail-oriented and highly organized with a commitment to data accuracy.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Marketing or a related field
- Proven experience in data analysis and business analysis, preferably in the e-commerce, on-demand delivery, or logistics industries.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Proven knowledge of analytics tools such as Adjust, Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of supply chain management, logistics, and delivery operations is a plus.
- Understanding of digital marketing principles and online advertising is a plus.
