We are seeking an accomplished and detail-oriented Transfer Pricing Specialist to join our Corporate Finance team, focusing on transfer pricing matters. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of transfer pricing regulations, a strong background in financial analysis, and a proven ability to implement effective transfer pricing strategies.
Role Responsibilities:
Identify potential transfer pricing risks and recommend strategies to mitigate those risks effectively.
Review and analyze intercompany transactions to ensure they adhere to established transfer pricing policies and guidelines.
Manage transfer pricing audits, liaising with tax authorities, and providing necessary documentation to support the company’s transfer pricing positions.
Provide training and education to internal teams on transfer pricing policies, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistent understanding across the organization.
Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of transfer pricing strategies that align with the company’s business objectives and comply with international and local regulations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure transfer pricing considerations are integrated into business decisions and projects.
Prepare comprehensive transfer pricing documentation, including benchmarking analysis and functional analysis, in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Conduct thorough financial analyses to determine appropriate transfer pricing methodologies for intercompany transactions, ensuring arm’s length pricing.
Education:
5+ years of experience in transfer pricing, with exposure to real estate or related industries being advantageous
Comprehensive knowledge of transfer pricing regulations, principles, and methodologies
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Master’s degree or relevant professional qualification (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred.
