Responsible for driving B2B sales growth through lead generation, cold approaching, and nurturing client relationships. The purpose of this role is to identify potential B2B clients, introduce them to the benefits of gift cards, and close deals by understanding their needs and budget. Additionally, the role involves providing exceptional customer service to B2B clients, collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment, and continuously developing expertise in the industry.
- Job Responsibilities:
Lead the day-to-day client relationship and support Ops team handling client onboarding & order fulfillment. - Follow escalation procedures for critical issues and work closely with the internal operation team.
- Follow sales and business development practices across fintech and implement a routine to manage all dedicated accounts.
- Create frequent reviews and share sales reports.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. - Keep accurate and timely pipeline records and update the CRM.
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Personal Characteristics and Required Background:
- Familiarity with the gift card industry or experience in selling similar products/services.
- Good commercial acumen with an understanding of the clients’ procurement process.
- Ability to negotiate deals with clients.
- Proficiency in using CRM software to manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn as a tool to generate leads and reach out to key prospects.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
- +2 years of sales experience, in a high-growth, fast-paced B2B environment.
- Well versed with Microsoft Office, and CRM applications.
