The candidate in this role is responsible to lead the Asset Managemenet Business Unit (AMBU) HC analytics agenda and ensure operational excellence and standardization across HC processes in AMBU, in addition to reporting and supporting in planning and executing different HC projects.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and maintain HC dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide real-time insights into HC metrics
Ensure consistency in process administration and quality of output for key HC processes (Talent Management, talent acquisition, etc..)
Automate reports and manual/ admin-heavy processes
Play a key role in the workforce planning cycles through data consolidation and analysis of cause of change and trends to enable decision making.
Manage the submission of quarterly leasing incentive scheme report with close coordination with relevant HCBPs.
Be the custodian and ensure HC data quality, completeness and integrity
Provide analytics and data to support business decision making on people and non-people issues. Share key findings with the HC team, providing actionable insights to drive informed decision-making.
Project Management:
Coordinate with the shared service Centre on all employee related matters including payroll, employment letters, experience letters, onboarding and offboarding, etc.
Support HC Sr. Director in producing periodic reports, department presentations, and ad-hoc HC projects.
Act as a liaison between the HC team and the shared service centre to ensure seamless collaboration and efficient workflow.
Lead and participate in projects aimed at optimizing HC processes, with a focus on onboarding, offboarding, line manager capabilities, and other key HC processes.
HCBP support:
Assist HCBPs in various HC processes, including talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.
Collaborate with HCBPs to address employee queries and concerns resulting in a review of processes to create a smoother employee experience.
Support in the preparation of key strategic documents (HC strategy, Board presentations, Holding presentations, etc.)
Personal Characteristics and Required Background:
Excellent command of MS Office specifically MS Excel, MS PowerBI and MS PowerPoint
Experience in analyzing a range of quantitative and qualitative information.
Good knowledge of UAE labor law
Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with different stakeholders
Ability to manage and complete multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure
Strong project management skills with the ability to drive initiatives to completion
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor’s degree in business or any relevant field
3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar role
Excellent command of written and spoken English
