Responsible for developing, tracking and guiding the most appropriate method and sequence of MEP activities in conjunction with the Contract Requirements and Main Contract Programme in order to ensure the project is completed timely and on budget.
Job Responsbility:
Contract Baseline Programme.
Developing & obtain approval of MEP Contract Baseline Programme.
Monitoring Progress – Procurement
Ensure selected vendors are in compliance with the project delivery requirements
Identify Specialist Subcontractor requirements, monitor and ensure selection in a timely manner
Preparing Procurement Register in-line with Baseline Programme Requirements
Monitoring progress of procurement & highlighting variance (if any) to the project team
Providing look-ahead to the project team
Monitoring & Reporting Progress
Providing look-ahead to the project team
Organise Weekly Meetings with the Project Team & Specialist Subcontractors
Attend progress meetings with the Client/ Main Contractor
Monitoring Work Progress & highlighting variance (if any) to the project team
Updating the Baseline Schedule
Prepare progress reports in accordance with the project requirements
Testing & Commissioning Schedule
Delay Notifications, Delay Analysis & EOT Submissions
Identifying the logic / sequence of commissioning
Developing detailed T&C schedule in-line with the Baseline Programme
Preparing delay analysis impact programmes for the delay events
Preparation of EOT submissions
Identifying variations that impact the programme
Identifying delay events (if any) that impact the programme
Notifying the delays in accordance with the Contract Conditions

Strong familiarity with project management software, such as Primavera (P6-V6)
Knowledge of Contracts (FIDIC)
What qualifies you for the role:
Minimum Qualifications , Certification and Knowledge:
BE/ BTech – Mechanical/ Electrical.
Primavera (P6)
Minimum Experience:
8-10 years of experience in Planning of MEP Projects.
