The Market Specific Specialist will Lead the work to ensure that product related market gaps Limited Collections, and opportunities, covering the 3 business dimensions Range & Communication, Meeting the Customer and Supply & Fulfilment, are integrated into the planning of the HFB, range offer portfolio and other global processes, to secure a relevant & commercial offer, Lead the interaction around new product request, in close co-operation with relevant stakeholders, across the value, chain, delivering simplicity and, speed to market.
Job Responsibility:
Responsible to initiate and act on New Product Requests based on set principles.
Responsible for evaluation of product performance according to set criteria.
Secure that the limited collection MAN / OPT are well presented in all stores and grouped together in one location.
Act on product gaps connected to Cross Business Gaps & Opportunities in new markets.
Act as a role model leading by example and promoting the IKEA values and culture

Take an active role in the Market Input assignment contributing to efficiency and effectiveness in regard to product related market gaps & opportunities
Lead the co-creation of Market Relevant range together with markets by using requests/inputs from Retail, HFB, Development Centers and Category/Material organizations to define the business potentials with entrepreneurial spirit and strong knowledge about the complete value chain constantly search for new business opportunities and to share, challenge and motivate the Sales & Range Team

2 to 3 years Retail Experience
Preferable IKEA Experience in Sales or Range
