Position:
Joining the Toyota Preowned Sales team at Abu Dhabi Airport Road, your role entails optimizing sales opportunities and fostering enduring business connections with our clientele. Your primary duties include meeting sales objectives while preserving gross margins on units, enhancing the adoption of Finance and Insurance (F&I) products, trade-ins, and accessory sales. Moreover, you’ll uphold set standards on Customer Satisfaction Value (CSV) and Net Promoter Score (NPS) across the entire customer experience journey.

Responsibilities:
Sales Performance: Meet and uphold the Company’s established sales benchmarks within the assigned operational area to enhance and sustain the company’s and brand’s reputation and standing.

Customer Satisfaction: Attain or surpass Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Net Promoter Score (NSP) objectives, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction and fostering repeat business.

Sales and Prospecting Protocol: Adhere strictly to company sales and prospecting protocols. Exceed targets for prospect acquisition, thereby advancing the Company’s business goals and expanding the customer/prospect base.

Financial Management: Ensure adherence to Company procedures when managing cash and credit transactions, safeguarding cash assets and minimizing potential losses.

Continuous Development: Continuously enhance knowledge, particularly regarding product range, features, industry trends, new advancements, selling techniques, and customer interaction skills, thereby significantly improving performance.

Necessary Skills:
Sales Experience: A minimum of 2 years of sales experience, with a preference for a background in automotive sales.
Upselling Proficiency: Ability to upsell effectively and generate value from new products.
Communication Aptitude: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Negotiation Expertise: Strong negotiation skills, demonstrated ability to influence customer decisions.

About the Team:
The position focuses on achieving Branch Sales and F&I targets while delivering a comprehensive sales experience to each customer. The role involves direct interaction with the Branch Manager, Branch Sales Executives, and Branch Support Staff. Professionals in the automotive retail industry typically work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet their targets.

Qualifications:
While a degree or diploma is preferred, it’s not mandatory.
Essential to have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar sales role within retail.
Proficiency in English is a must, with proficiency in Arabic being desirable. Proficiency in other languages such as Urdu, Hindi, Tagalog, Farsi, etc., is advantageous.
Possess leadership qualities, adept at negotiation and influencing, capable of establishing strong customer relationships, skilled in conflict resolution, able to think critically under pressure, decisive, and committed to following through on decisions.
Strong team player.
Must hold a valid UAE driving license.
Technical knowledge of automobiles and proficiency in negotiation and influencing skills are necessary.
