Responsibilities:
Source, assess, and conduct interviews for candidates across different roles within the automotive sector.
Oversee the entire recruitment process, from posting job listings to negotiating offers.
Foster and sustain relationships with hiring managers and business stakeholders to grasp their staffing requirements effectively.
Deploy diverse sourcing methods to attract high-caliber candidates in a competitive job market.
Keep hiring managers updated on the progress of vacancies and candidate pools regularly.
Work closely with the HR team to devise and implement effective recruitment strategies and industry best practices.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet recruitment objectives.

Qualifications Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Certification in Human Resources or Recruiting is desirable.
3-5 years of experience in corporate recruitment, with a preference for the automotive industry.
Profound knowledge of labor laws, compliance regulations, and recruitment best practices.
Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, demanding environment
