Position Description:
The role involves crafting, coding, and deploying tailored solutions within Oracle E-Business Suite. Responsibilities include offering technical insight and direction to project teams, troubleshooting EBS modules, and keeping abreast of the latest Oracle EBS advancements. Additionally, the position entails diagnosing and resolving technical glitches in Oracle applications, collaborating with stakeholders to grasp requirements and translate them into technical strategies, conducting thorough system testing and optimization for Oracle applications, drafting technical documentation and user manuals, training end-users, and contributing to project planning and estimation for Oracle implementations.
Required Skills:
Technical Expertise:
Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL
Experience with Oracle Forms 10g
Familiarity with Oracle Reports 10g
Understanding of Oracle Discoverer
Competence in utilizing Oracle EBS APIs
Knowledgeable about Oracle EBS Applications Standards, Architecture, and Database Objects
Functional Knowledge:
SCM Modules
Finance Modules
Candidate Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a relevant field
Possession of Oracle certification (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional)
At least 5 years of hands-on experience in developing Oracle applications
Prior experience in sectors such as finance, healthcare, or manufacturing is advantageous
Proficiency in English is mandatory; proficiency in other languages is beneficial
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Capable of collaborating effectively within a team as well as working independently
