Job Description:
The incumbent will be accountable for thoroughly examining both the body and engine of pre-owned vehicles to ensure compliance with the standards set forth by the CoE Used Cars department. Their duties will include meticulous inspection of vehicles and cross-referencing their histories with internal systems and traffic authorities. Collaborating with departments including administration, sales, procurement, and pricing, they will work towards optimizing profits derived from vehicle sales.

Job Responsibility:

Vehicle Evaluation:
Meet a monthly quota of 600 appraisals.
Conduct inspections on trade-in vehicles from showroom activity, cash purchases, and those brought in for service.
Utilize trade-in tools effectively.
Document and capture images of body damage, engine condition, accessories, leaks, tire status, air conditioning functionality, and any other vehicle issues.
Conduct road tests to verify the vehicle’s condition accurately.

Vehicle Inspection and History Review:
Evaluate vehicle history including accidents, repairs, and servicing within Al Futtaim systems.
Verify vehicle history and identify fines using traffic authority systems and insurance records.
Administration and Reporting:
Transmit inspection reports to assigned buyers via email and confirm receipt.
Adhere to administrative procedures post-inspection, internally with administrative and sales teams, and externally with traffic authorities or customers.
Collaborate closely with preparation centers and parts departments to provide accurate vehicle condition information to the pricing or sales teams.
Required Skills:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a comparable role.
Proficiency in Arabic language.
Strong communication skills.
Residence in Al Ain or willingness to relocate.

About the Team:
This position will report to either the Used Cars National Sales Manager or the Branch Manager.

Qualifications for the Role:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Bodyshop, service, diagnostics, and mechanical knowledge.
Technical proficiency in identifying damages, mechanical issues, gearbox problems, tire issues, chassis accidents, repaint works, or other repairs on vehicles.
Possession of a valid manual and automatic driving license is mandatory.
