Key Responsibilities:
Offer personalized product recommendations, emphasizing their Features, Advantages, and Benefits to customers.
Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products based on their preferences, including brand, variant, and color.
Employ effective selling techniques such as upselling and cross-selling to boost Average Transaction Value.
Monitor the availability of products, ensuring shelves are adequately stocked and well-presented.
Safeguard merchandise to prevent theft or damage, while also monitoring product shelf life.
Maintain commercial standards by replenishing displays, ensuring accurate pricing, and keeping the area clean and organized.
Uphold exemplary customer service standards, including greeting customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving complaints promptly.
Execute store promotions efficiently, utilizing marketing materials to communicate effectively with customers.
Stay updated on price changes and ensure timely updates to shelf tags.
