Role Objective:
The objective of this position is to deliver top-notch health and personal care services to patients with professionalism, efficiency, and utmost courtesy.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Build rapport with patients and their caregivers to understand their care needs effectively.
Foster a compassionate atmosphere by providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients and their families.
Empower patients towards independence by setting care goals, educating them about their condition, medications, and self-care techniques, and addressing their queries.
Ensure the quality of care by adhering to established standards, measuring outcomes, making necessary adjustments, and complying with regulatory guidelines.
Address patient concerns through collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain a safe and hygienic environment by following protocols, infection control measures, and medication administration guidelines.
Document patient care accurately and communicate effectively with nursing teams to ensure continuity of care.
Maintain confidentiality of patient information and uphold professional ethics.
Ensure the proper functioning of equipment through maintenance, troubleshooting, and evaluation of new technologies.

Foster teamwork and effective communication within healthcare teams to enhance patient care.
Provide high-quality health services with professionalism and courtesy.
Identify and manage treatment plans for patients at risk of chronic diseases, offering health promotion interventions.
Collaborate with patients in decision-making processes and support their health-related choices.
Coordinate with other healthcare professionals and agencies to facilitate comprehensive patient care.
Develop and evaluate programs promoting health and well-being, adhering to safeguarding policies.
Recognize and refer patients with holistic health needs, including mental health concerns.
Assess clinical conditions, prioritize health issues, and initiate appropriate interventions, including emergency care.
Manage individual patient caseloads, including interpreting test results and taking necessary actions.

Requirements for this position include holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, possessing a DHA License (or eligibility) as a Registered Nurse, and holding a mandatory BLS certification. Preferred qualifications include ACLS/PALS certification. Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing) is necessary, while Arabic language skills would be advantageous. Additionally, strong computer literacy skills are required.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a registered nurse in a clinical setting, preferably in an accredited facility.

Skills:
Proficiency in acute and chronic disease management, particularly respiratory, cardiac conditions, and diabetes.
Ability to develop and assess individualized chronic disease care plans.
Competency in various clinical procedures including ECG, spirometry, health assessments, wound care, childhood immunization, and travel vaccination in primary care clinics.
