Position Description:
In this role, you will build trust and authority while helping customers navigate our product offerings. Your focus will be on maintaining our high merchandising standards and ensuring that our inventory meets customer demand. You’ll strive to surpass sales targets by consistently exceeding customer expectations.

Role Responsibilities:
Adhere to prescribed routines, processes, and procedures.
Focus on one task at a time with precision.
Report any process issues or improvement opportunities to higher management before taking action.
Proficiently handle figures and conduct data-mining calculations using tools like Advanced Excel and Google Analytics.
Make decisions immediately or with planned approaches based on urgency.
Possess technical and business proficiency with required tools and applications.
Strictly follow product complaint protocols and processes to meet organizational and country norms.
Obtain prior approval for all permissions from IKEA and Al-Futtaim group.

Problem-Solving:
Maintain adherence to product complaint protocols and processes.
Address concrete problems regularly using provided guidelines, routines, or procedures.
Utilize learned methods to overcome challenges directly or through trial and error.

Discretionary Authority:
Lead strategic projects in a complex, global, and multicultural environment.
Translate complex topics into actionable plans and ensure understanding and support.
Identify and suggest improvements to processes to line managers.
Internal & External Collaboration:

Rarely initiate process or procedural changes independently.
Collaborate with front-line colleagues, often in close proximity, mainly to coordinate input.

Skills Needed for Success:
Prior sales experience is essential.
Exceptional communication skills, particularly in persuasion, to effectively articulate product benefits to potential customers.
Proficiency in actively selling and supporting customers using digital platforms, coupled with in-depth product knowledge.
Strong customer service skills to attentively listen to and address customer concerns.
Technical proficiency to quickly and efficiently utilize various digital tools.

Qualifications for the Role:
Self-confidence and assuredness to excel in cold-calling and closing sales.
Comprehensive understanding of the offered products and services.
Demonstrated patience in handling challenging situations.
