Responsibilities:
Enhance digital design solutions while staying abreast of industry trends and best practices in HMI (Human-Machine Interface) design.
Develop and maintain design guidelines, standards, and specifications documentation for future reference.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define visual design concepts and strategic decisions.
Continuously refine and update HMI graphics, benchmarking against leading Design Systems in the market.
Work on projects with internal teams and external suppliers, ensuring alignment with design objectives.
Standardize style guidelines to ensure consistency across all HMIs.
Create a high-quality library of design assets, including guidelines and UI screen designs.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Minimum three years of digital design experience, focusing on HMI.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in usability principles and HMI design projects.
Experience designing HMIs for software applications, embedded systems, or industrial control systems.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Familiarity with usability testing methodologies and user research.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.
Computer skills including MS Office, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Figma.
