The role involves aiding the Group in creating digital tools and resources. The Learning and Development (L&D) Consultant assesses learning requirements, selects suitable strategies, and formulates comprehensive learning strategies and structures to foster the accomplishment of organizational objectives in collaboration with clients and internal collaborators.
Job Responsibilities:
Design toolkits, newsletters, and job aids for Talent Management, Learning, and Employee Engagement.
Conduct thorough consultations with content owners to understand desired outcomes and timelines.
Utilize tools and resources to identify training needs and assess capability standards.
Research and develop blended training solutions.
Utilize software such as Articulate and Vyond to create e-content.
Provide consultation, recommendations, and design interventions for business solutions.
Identify Learning and Development needs within specific business units.
Deliver core curriculum, training calendars, and customized programs.
Maintain SharePoint and Viva Engage platform content for Learning, Leadership Development, and Employee Engagement.
Assist the team in creating SharePoint landing pages with required templates, designs, and images.

Expertise in curriculum design.
Proficient in designing and facilitating creative learning interventions.
Ability to deliver lasting value through training programs.
Qualifications for the Role:
Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.
Diploma or degree in a relevant field such as HRM, Business Administration, or Information Technology.
Experience in curriculum design and facilitating programs.
Demonstrated expertise in designing learning toolkits and courses using authoring tools.
Advanced proficiency with digital learning platforms and video editing software such as Articulate 360 (including Rise 360 and Storyline 360), Vyond, and Adobe Illustrator & InDesign (preferred but not mandatory).
