The role of an Automotive Technician entails maintaining proficiency in the technical specifications of our vehicles and products while demonstrating the capability to diagnose and rectify issues accurately on the initial attempt.
Responsibilities:
Conduct regular maintenance procedures to uphold vehicle performance.
Carry out various tasks, including replacing brake pads, belts, and bellows and repairing pulleys.
Proactively recognize potential issues during both fieldwork and workshop duties.
Employ tools and follow established protocols from service manuals to optimize work efficiency.
Interpret and apply instructions from workshop manuals, utilizing service checklists when necessary.
Key Skills for Success:
Strong communication skills in English, with proficiency in Arabic, are considered a plus.
Proven technical proficiency in independently servicing, repairing, and overhauling components.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
Capacity to perform effectively under pressure and adhere to deadlines.

Qualifications for the Role:
Fundamental/Technical Education or Apprenticeship.
Trade Certificate/Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
At least 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience with bus maintenance.
Possession of a UAE driving license is advantageous.
