The main duty entails automotive maintenance duties in an outdoor yard setting. Tasks include assessing fluid levels, tyre rotation, air conditioning inspection, oil fluid replacement, and comprehensive vehicle inspections.
Your Tasks:
Initiate engine startup and allow the air conditioning to idle for 10 minutes.
Update the date on mirror tags for accurate records.
Conduct thorough inspections for damage and rust on vehicles.
Perform tyre pressure checks and inflate tyres as needed.
Apply identification stickers on tyre sidewalls to indicate ground contact points.
Verify battery charge status and attach analyzer printouts for documentation.
Carry out tyre rotations, brake tests, refuelling, and yard activities.
Key Qualifications for Success:
Minimum of three years of hands-on experience in an automobile workshop.
Proficiency in understanding major automotive components and their functionalities.
Strong understanding of lithium batteries and their applications.
Possession of a valid UAE Manual Driving License is essential.
Team Dynamics:
Direct reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor.
Your Suitability for the Position:
Educational qualifications such as Matriculation Level, ITI, or Diploma are required.
Exceptional interpersonal skills are crucial as regular interaction with various departments is integral to the role.
Willingness to work in an open yard environment is a necessity.
