Providing support for Windows 10, Outlook, Exchange, and Active Directory.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Handling printers and IP phones.
Stay updated with industry trends and technologies to enhance IT support capabilities.
Familiarity with ITSM tools and a basic understanding of ITIL processes.
Basic knowledge of IP protocols and Office 365.
Experience in Google Suite (Workspace) administration.
Timely response and resolution of assigned calls within defined SLA.
Effective workload management and diagnosis of end-user system issues, including hardware and software.
Compliance with service levels related to end-user support.
Collaboration with third parties to resolve technical issues.
Accurate updates in the call management system with clear progress and resolution details are needed.
Accountability for software installations, IT asset management, printer service, and LAN connectivity.
