You will report directly to the Regional Visual Merchandiser as a key team member. Your primary responsibility will involve upholding the M&S brand identity within the store environment, guaranteeing visual uniformity. You will focus on delivering an exceptional and inspiring shopping journey to our customers. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in fostering effective communication among store colleagues and liaising with the RVM/VM Manager.
Responsibilities:
Ensure precision adherence to company Visual Merchandising policies.
Establish easily navigable store layouts.
Curate impeccably styled mannequins according to styling guidelines.
Employ suitable styling methods and visual elements to enhance customer segmentation.
Execute seasonal launches and events promptly and in alignment with brand standards.
Stay informed about both store and company top-selling products.
Maintain awareness of competitor VM strategies and industry trends.
To maintain brand consistency, Foster effective collaboration and communication with store colleagues and the VM Manager.
Timely implementation of window display guidelines while staying true to the brand image.
Effective execution of corporate initiatives.
Maintain and adhere to VM checklists.
Execute marketing initiatives within the stores.
Regular communication and coordination with Store Managers for updates on VM processes, requirements, and personnel.

Qualifications for the Role:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, preferably in Marketing or a related field.
Minimum of 4+ years of experience in visual merchandising or a related field.
Specialization in visual merchandising, retailing, or a relevant area of study with 4-5 years of significant experience in visual merchandising.
