Summary of Responsibilities:

Maximize customer retention and profitability through accurate and comprehensive estimation processes.
Prepare estimates aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty while optimizing profitability.
Utilize estimation techniques to forecast costs and revenues effectively, aligning with organizational goals.
Analyze data and market trends to inform estimation strategies, ensuring competitiveness and sustainability.
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to refine estimation methodologies and improve overall effectiveness.
Continuously monitor and adjust estimates based on evolving market dynamics and customer needs.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients regarding estimated costs and value propositions.
Drive initiatives to streamline estimation processes, enhancing efficiency and accuracy over time.

Responsibilities:

Execute assigned tasks by established work standards, specifications, and deadlines.
Maintain professionalism and hospitality when interacting with customers and colleagues.
Uphold the discipline of the service establishment by strictly adhering to company rules, regulations, and procedures.
Gather comprehensive and reliable customer information to support evaluating and assessing damaged vehicles.
Evaluate and assess customers’ damaged vehicles, generating estimation reports, including repair lists, labor costs, and other expenses.
Handle customer property carefully while under the organization’s control or in use.
Ensure the accuracy of product or parts information within the Audatex System.
Coordinate with insurance companies to finalize estimates based on survey results of damaged vehicles.
Stay updated on new technology, work procedures, time standards, and relevant technical knowledge to enhance productivity and quality.
Assist the team by accomplishing related tasks as required.
Adhere to all duties and responsibilities outlined in the relevant business Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Comply with the ALAC Quality Management System and actively participate in organizational improvement initiatives.
Perform work diligently, prioritizing the safety of oneself and others and adhering to health, safety, and environmental requirements.

Skills for Success:
Proficiency in estimating within a Bodyshop environment.
Strong abilities in planning, organizing, and executing tasks.
Collaborative teamwork skills.
Familiarity with systems, particularly SAP, is preferred.
About the Team:
Reporting directly to the Bodyshop Manager, this position involves direct interaction with various stakeholders throughout the Workshop.

Qualifications for Success:
Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
2-3 years of relevant experience in a reputable automobile workshop.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Comprehensive knowledge of Bodyshop operations and services.
