Position: Warehouse Associate

As a Warehouse Associate, you will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy and excellence of automotive spare parts and accessories. Your primary responsibilities will include receiving, organizing, and carefully packaging incoming parts to ensure flawless and undamaged deliveries.

Your Responsibilities:
Receive and meticulously unpack incoming parts with precision.
Utilize advanced sorting methods and adhere strictly to packaging standards to guarantee impeccable packing and shipping.
Maintain exceptional warehouse organization, ensuring items are stored accessibly.
Perform precise inventory reconciliations through thorough physical counts.
Efficiently execute bin stock replenishment procedures.
Adhere to special instructions for individual orders to fulfill specific customer needs.
Contribute to maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency of our facility.

Key Skills for Success:
Proficient in identifying and comprehending part numbers and alphanumeric codes.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Aptitude for following written instructions and documented protocols accurately.
Flexible availability to work shifts including nights, early mornings, and weekends.
Proficiency in basic mathematical operations and adept at multitasking.
Physical endurance to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 30 lbs) throughout the day.
Willingness to work overtime as required and collaborate efficiently within a team setting.
