Are you a seasoned Sales Manager seeking an exciting opportunity? Al Futtaim Toyota seeks a dynamic individual to join our Sharjah team. In this role, you’ll be pivotal in spearheading our sales operations and ensuring success across our designated portfolio.

Your responsibilities will include:
Crafting a sales strategy to meet organizational sales goals and revenue targets.
Establishing individual sales objectives for the sales team.
Assigning customer accounts to sales representatives and overseeing their management.
Coordinating sales plans for each member of the sales team.
Monitoring the performance and activities of the sales team.
Providing necessary resources for the sales team to ensure consistent performance.
Collaborating with support departments to facilitate the achievement of sales objectives.
Assessing the performance of sales staff regularly.
Forecasting annual, quarterly, and monthly sales revenue.
Analyzing data to pinpoint sales opportunities.
Cultivating strong business relationships with key decision-makers in important accounts.
Managing and controlling debtor and stock days within budget limits.

To thrive in this role, you should possess:
A minimum of three years of Sales Manager experience in the automotive sector.
Proficiency in overseeing daily sales operations.
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage teams.
Strong skills in MS Office, with knowledge of SAP considered advantageous.

About the Team:
Reporting directly to the Dealer Principal, you’ll operate within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Your role involves direct interaction with both internal team members and external customers.

Qualifications:
To be eligible for this dynamic position, you should hold a bachelor’s degree or possess equivalent qualifications. Additionally, a minimum of 3 years of managerial sales experience in the automotive industry is required.
