Position Overview:
As the Associate Marketing Manager for F&B Online, your primary responsibility is to spearhead marketing and promotional strategies for online/home delivery and virtual brands within the Leisure, Entertainment & Cinemas sector. You will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns to enhance brand recognition and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning and Execution:

Drive the strategic direction of marketing campaigns and promotions for online/home delivery and virtual brands.
Analyze data to derive insights that inform customer relationship building and brand positioning.
Develop and implement innovative marketing plans to elevate brand awareness across Leisure, Entertainment & Cinemas platforms.
Agency and Budget Management:

Coordinate with social media and design agencies for effective communication and creative development.
Manage marketing budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with overall strategic objectives.
Oversee media buying agencies and procurement processes for allocated brands.
Collaboration and Brand Management:

Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
Maintain day-to-day brand management responsibilities for allocated brands.
Collaborate on promotional campaigns, pricing strategies, and positioning with internal stakeholders.
Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct competitor analysis and market research to understand customer preferences and market trends.
Utilize marketing metrics to optimize future campaigns and identify growth opportunities.
Provide monthly reporting on allocated brand performance.
Engagement and Relationship Building:

Serve as a brand ambassador, leveraging internal marketing teams to drive awareness and audience engagement.
Develop relationships with key media platforms and negotiate barter deals to minimize advertising costs.
Analyze competitor information to inform marketing strategies and review pricing and advertising annually.
Overall, you will play a vital role in shaping the marketing landscape for online/home delivery and virtual brands within the Leisure, Entertainment & Cinemas sectors, driving brand recognition, engagement, and growth.

Definition of Success:
Success is achieved by meeting business revenue and EBITDA targets and effectively tracking budgets. Success entails fulfilling any ad-hoc duties requested by the Line Manager and/or Head of Department.

Functional/Technical Competencies:
An ideal candidate must exhibit creativity and thoroughly understand the marketing mix, recognizing the significance of each marketing channel in accomplishing regional goals. They should serve as a proactive marketing leader for their region, emphasizing the importance of maintaining brand standards and ensuring program consistency.

Personal Characteristics and Required Background:
The successful candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills in English, along with exceptional organizational abilities. They should showcase an innovative approach to attaining business objectives and effectively communicate with all levels of management, both orally and in writing. The role requires a results-oriented individual with excellent personal and time management skills, high self-motivation, and a hands-on approach. Professionalism, enthusiasm, and willingness to travel are essential, with proficiency in Arabic being preferred.

Minimum Experience:
Candidates should possess a minimum of 3-5 years of marketing experience, including significant exposure to F&B, either within an in-house marketing department or at an advertising and marketing agency. Experience within a corporate marketing team is necessary, with a broad understanding of marketing strategies and a keen awareness of digital, loyalty, branding, and online trends.

Minimum Qualifications/Education:
A degree in business or marketing is required for this role.
