We seek a dynamic individual to oversee and lead our assembly operations in alignment with company standards and protocols. Your responsibilities will include supervising and training assembly line personnel to ensure smooth production processes, implementing quality control measures to uphold product excellence, and fostering collaboration with various departments to optimize workflow. Monitoring inventory levels, ensuring safety protocols, conducting performance evaluations, and contributing to strategic decision-making for the assembly department are also key aspects of this role. Additionally, generating comprehensive reports on production output and staying abreast of industry trends to enhance assembly processes are vital responsibilities.
Desired Candidate Profile:
We are looking for candidates with a minimum Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field and certification in Lean Six Sigma or equivalent quality management programs. Ideal candidates should possess at least 5 years of experience in assembly operations, preferably within the automotive industry. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in other languages is advantageous. Strong technical acumen in assembly line processes and machinery, physical endurance, the ability to perform under pressure, and exceptional leadership and communication skills are essential for this role.
