As a Retail Sales Representative, your primary responsibility is to drive sales and ensure a positive customer experience. You’ll also be tasked with various operational duties as directed by store management, such as maintaining cleanliness and adhering to visual presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintained a clean and organized store environment, upholding high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Provide exceptional customer service, assisting and advising customers professionally while being knowledgeable about product categories.
Create a positive first impression by greeting customers warmly and adhering to the dress code.
Assist store management with daily operations including opening, closing, and covering managerial duties as needed.
Train new staff on Point of Sale (POS) operations and take corrective action as necessary.
Address customer issues promptly at the POS to ensure uninterrupted service.
Ensure compliance with pricing and ticketing procedures to avoid any loss due to incorrect pricing.
Provide assistance in fitting rooms, follow up with customers, and maintain cleanliness at the cash wrap.
Efficiently handle transactions at the cash wrap, offer gift cards, and capture customer information.
Express gratitude to customers as they leave the store and encourage them to return.
By fulfilling these responsibilities, you’ll contribute to sales growth and uphold the store’s reputation as a welcoming and customer-oriented establishment.

Actively participate in all store meetings and related functions.
Maintain a positive attitude towards the merchandise, brand, and company.
Take part in all inventory processes.
Complete any additional duties assigned by store management.
Meet or exceed weekly sales targets.
Fulfill all assigned duties satisfactorily.
Arrive punctually and adhere to the designated work schedule.

Perform necessary housekeeping duties as required.
Required Skills for Success:

Proficiency in stock replenishment.
Qualifications:

High School diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
4-5 years of experience in the watch industry.
Demonstrated ability to achieve goals.
