Responsibilities
Conduct inspections and tests on automobile parts and systems to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Identify and document defects or non-conformities, collaborating with the production team to resolve them.
Develop and maintain quality control procedures and related documentation.
Work closely with suppliers to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Monitor and analyze production processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
Perform root cause analysis on quality issues and implement necessary corrective actions.
Train and educate production team members on quality control procedures and best practices.
Conduct audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspections, tests, and quality control activities.
Stay current with industry trends and developments in quality control practices.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
Certifications in quality control or quality management are preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality control within the automobile industry.
Experience with ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems.
Strong knowledge of automotive manufacturing processes and quality standards.
Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Fluency in English.
