Job Description:
Review and Evaluation: Assess material submittals for fire alarm systems to ensure they meet project specifications and industry standards.
Technical Analysis: Interpret technical data and specifications to evaluate the suitability of materials for fire alarm system installations.
Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed reports and recommendations regarding material submittals, highlighting deficiencies or concerns.
Record Management: Maintain organized and accessible records of all material submittals and related documentation.
Template Development: Help create and update material submittal templates and guidelines to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience coordinating material submittals for fire alarm projects.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of fire alarm system components, installation methods, and relevant codes.
Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Office.
