As an Application Specialist for SAP SuccessFactors Talent, you will be a vital member of the application support team. Your primary responsibility will be to help the organization fully leverage the SAP SuccessFactors talent management solutions. This involves providing technical expertise and continuous support through system enhancements, daily operations, user training, and ongoing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Application Management:
Support, test, troubleshoot, and enhance existing SAP SuccessFactors talent solutions, ensuring they meet agreed service level standards.
Investigate and develop specifications for system changes to manage workloads and ensure high availability.
Develop and maintain documentation for any technical modifications to the solutions.
Solution Delivery:
Collaborate with internal and external implementation teams and partners to contribute to developing, testing, and deploying solutions.
Adhere to product management and maintenance standards by comprehensively understanding internal and external best practices.
Additional Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with relevant managers and IT stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and understanding of critical topics, fostering a unified IT team approach.
Contribute to the enhancement of solutions and business processes.
Required Skills for Success:
Strong ability to manage key stakeholders effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Arabic is highly advantageous, particularly for upcoming projects requiring writing, speaking, listening, and reading skills.
Qualifications and Experience:
A college or university degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Proficient understanding and knowledge of the SAP SuccessFactors platform and its talent modules.
Robust analysis and troubleshooting skills to support end-users; client-side experience is preferred.
Experience implementing and supporting one or more SAP SuccessFactors modules such as Recruiting, Onboarding 1.0, PMGM (Performance Management and Goal Management), Succession & CDP (Career Development Planning), and Learning.
