Expertise in F&B Delivery Operations: Possesses extensive knowledge of Food and Beverage delivery operations and logistics within the UAE and the MENA region.
Customer and Operations Management: Efficiently handles and resolves all regional operational and customer-related queries, coordinating with market contacts.
Business Development: Proactively seeks business partnerships to expand into new regional segments and geographical areas.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: This person works closely with various teams, including operations, marketing, E-commerce, IT, customer experience (CX), and finance.
Stakeholder Relationships: Builds, nurtures, and sustains strategic business relationships with key stakeholders.
Analytics and Experimentation: Measures the impact of new features through analytics and experimental methods.
Project Management: Manages end-to-end projects and ongoing workstreams from initiation through to execution.
Delivery Performance: Monitors the delivery service level agreements (SLAs) of all aggregators and last-mile partners to ensure a superior delivery experience.
Requirements
Experience: A minimum of 2 years in online food delivery operations, e-commerce, or a related industry is highly advantageous.
Customer Empathy: Strong ability to understand and empathize with customers, transforming complex data and insights into delightful user experiences.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven experience in partnering with cross-functional teams.
Flexibility and Results Orientation: Ability to work flexible hours, provide support during peak times, and maintain a results-oriented approach to achieve objectives.
