In this role, you will collaborate with the Marketing Manager to plan and execute projects aligned with annual objectives. Your key responsibilities will include leading annual events and communication plans, managing content for marketing materials and channels, overseeing event calendars, and handling signage and wayfinding. Administrative support for the marketing team will also be a key component of the role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and Execution: Assist in developing and implementing the annual marketing calendar and campaign materials, including signage and wayfinding.
- Supplier Coordination: Communicate with suppliers to obtain quotes and fulfill marketing requirements.
- Content Management: Update and manage content for brochures, websites, social media, and other marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
- Content Editing and Research: Conduct editing, research, and adapt campaigns based on feedback and response.
- Creative Initiatives: Identify and explore new creative ideas and potential suppliers.
- Event Support: Aid in preparing for and executing events, including CSR and destination events, and manage onsite activities.
- Sourcing Opportunities: Maintain relationships with external contacts to explore sourcing opportunities.
- Post-Event and Administrative Tasks: Handle post-event reporting, budget tracking, inventory management, and competitor analysis, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Required Skills for Success:
Experience:
1-2 years of experience in Marketing, with a focus on Graphic Design.
Job-Specific Skills:
Strong planning, organization, and coordination abilities.
Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
Clear and concise communication skills.
Familiarity with marketing terminology and effective teamwork.
