Role Overview:
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential and existing fleet customers, presenting customized fleet mobility solutions to both B2B (Business to Business) and B2G (Business to Government) clients. Your primary focus will be on promoting the Al Futtaim Electric Mobility brand, achieving sales objectives, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and revenue generation.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    Sales Targets: Achieve quarterly and annual corporate sales targets as set by the department lead. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet these revenue goals.
  • Go-To-Market Strategies: Develop and implement detailed Go-To-Market strategies tailored to different sectors and regions.
  • Consultative Sales: Present the Al Futtaim Electric Mobility proposition with a confident and consultative sales approach. Effectively pitch to customers and prospects.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts. Develop annual purchase plans and provide ongoing support for B2B accounts within your assigned territory.
  • Opportunity Identification: Identify new business opportunities by establishing contacts with fleet customer prospects and analyzing sales options.
  • Key Account Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for all inquiries and concerns related to key accounts.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure the smooth deployment and operation of charging infrastructure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement and integrate partnerships.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities for product and service improvements.
  • Business Process Compliance: Ensure adherence to business process standards, including accurate customer data capture at all Points of Sale.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed fleet reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
  • Accounts Receivable: Manage accounts receivable in line with company guidelines.
  • Skills for Success:
  • Commercial Experience: Extensive background in Business to Business (B2B) and Business to Government (B2G) sales.
  • Fleet Account Management: Proven experience managing fleet accounts.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and spoken communication abilities.
  • Negotiation Skills: Demonstrated capability to influence customer decisions through effective negotiation.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office.
    Team Structure:
  • Reporting Line: This role reports to the Head of B2B and involves collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Qualifications and Experience:
    Education: Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Relevant Experience: At least 2 years in a commercial B2B sales role or major account management, focusing on government and corporate organizations across various industries within the UAE.
  • Fleet Network: Established network and relationships within the UAE’s fleet customer base.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of new energy vehicles and technical aspects of charging solutions.
  • Sales Approach: Proven experience using a consultative sales approach. Experience with SaaS sales is an advantage.
  • Business Development: Experience in penetrating new sectors and industries with products or services.
  • Aftersales Understanding: Good grasp of aftersales service and maintenance for B2B customers.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • License: Valid UAE driver’s license.
