Role Summary
This position plays a key role in supporting the Retail Innovation Design & Retail Delivery teams at Majid Al Futtaim Properties by managing tenant communication, document control, administration, CRM updates, Partner Connect, and daily operations.

  • Role Profile
    Kick-Off Meetings: Initiate and coordinate the Kick-Off Meeting process, including updating and completing the initial CRM entries, coordinating with stakeholders, sending meeting invites via CRM, and supporting the overall process.
  • Reporting: Distribute the weekly Asset Tracker to stakeholders and provide additional reports as needed. Prepare and manage business reports, such as monthly departmental reports, workload reports, green star reports, and KPI reports.
  • Document Management: Circulate documents requiring internal approvals or signatures through DocuSign. Manage the fit-out reimbursement process, liaising with stakeholders, following up on pending documents from tenants or contractors, and coordinating with the finance department for approvals.
  • CRM and IT Support: Assist with resolving CRM-related issues, raise IT tickets for technical problems, and maintain records for future system improvements. Coordinate with IT to ensure record accuracy, update email distribution lists as needed, and ensure information security by regularly checking BOX access.
  • Presentation Support: Help with the layout and presentation of store opening announcements, file, and distribute final presentations to relevant stakeholders.
  • Requirements:
    Experience: Prior experience in operations and tenant fit-out processes, particularly within shopping mall or retail development, is advantageous.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Project Management, or a related field is required.
