The Senior Marketing Manager will spearhead the development and execution of integrated marketing plans and communication strategies aimed at boosting brand awareness, generating leads, and driving sales. This role involves leading the marketing department to enhance customer experience and empower the sales team through innovative tools and engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Development: Craft and implement marketing and communication strategies that align with Emirates Bustanica’s overarching goals, ensuring robust brand awareness and engagement.

Campaign Management: Oversee the creation and management of marketing materials and campaigns, including brochures, email campaigns, website content, social media, webinars, and public relations events. Collaborate with in-house teams and third-party agencies to ensure alignment with business objectives while monitoring ROI.

Event Planning and Management: Develop comprehensive plans for events, detailing budgets, timelines, and resource requirements. Coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders for seamless execution.

On-Site Execution: Ensure smooth operation during events, managing setup, execution, and breakdown. Address any issues promptly while coordinating staff and vendor activities.

Sales Support: Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to generate sales leads, providing actionable insights to support the sales team.

Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, delivering regular reports and recommendations for enhancements to management.

Team Leadership: Manage the marketing team (if applicable), overseeing daily operations and execution of marketing activities.

E-commerce Optimization: Implement best practices to achieve targets for gross and net margins in e-commerce sales.

Market Research: Conduct research to gather customer insights and analyze preferences and trends, enabling the creation of targeted marketing strategies.

Budget Management: Develop and oversee marketing budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance with financial guidelines, maximizing the use of CRM systems to enhance KPIs, ROI, and overall business impact.

The Senior Marketing Manager will thrive in a dynamic environment, focusing on the successful implementation of a comprehensive marketing strategy while educating Emirates Bustanica on essential practices for expanding and engaging an external customer base. A key aspect of this role is maximizing internal creative efforts to minimize reliance on external agencies and adhere to the marketing budget.   • Education Qualification
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    Work Experience
  • Minimum of 8 years in marketing and communications or a related field, with expertise across various marketing channels including social media, email marketing, content marketing, and digital engagement. Experience with CRM execution is essential, and prior FMCG experience is a plus.
  • Proven background in commercial or operational roles, with demonstrated success in managing Salesforce and CRM product development projects.
  • Experience implementing and managing agile methodologies, particularly within the Salesforce CRM landscape.
  • Strong knowledge of diverse marketing techniques and a track record of managing campaigns that deliver clear ROI.
