We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Export Coordinator to oversee the export process from initiation to completion. The successful candidate will ensure all necessary documentation is obtained and coordinate closely with various departments to meet customer requirements while providing exceptional customer service.
- Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations and conduct internal follow-ups.
- Coordinate and manage the export process, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.
- Collaborate with sales, logistics, and other departments to streamline export activities.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
- Maintain accurate records of sales data, customer interactions, and other relevant information.
- Facilitate effective communication between sales teams and other departments.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.
- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2-3 years of experience in export coordination or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Capability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Experience in the export industry, preferably in a manufacturing or trading company.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
