Role Overview
The primary responsibility of this role is to lead and manage the commercial strategy for the Blue digital platform, focusing on growth and innovation across loyalty programs, payment solutions, retail media, and digital wallets. This position is crucial for identifying new revenue opportunities, conducting feasibility analyses, and preparing business cases to support expansion into adjacent markets, particularly with an emphasis on AI. The role operates within a framework that prioritizes agility, innovation, and customer-centricity, ensuring the platform’s profitability and leadership in the market.

  • Key Responsibilities
    Commercial Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive commercial strategy to identify new revenue-generating opportunities.
  • Business Case Preparation: Develop detailed business cases and continuously monitor and enhance key financial performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively across departments while managing relationships with suppliers and customers.
  • Market Navigation: Analyze complex market dynamics, technological advancements, and shifts in consumer behavior to inform strategy.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance, data privacy standards, and maintain awareness of competitive trends.
