As a member of Chrysler Jeep Dodge and Ram (CJDR) in Dubai, you’ll play a vital role in maximizing sales opportunities and fostering long-term customer relationships. Your primary responsibility will be to achieve sales targets while maintaining healthy profit margins on units. You’ll also focus on enhancing the uptake of Finance and Insurance (F&I) products, managing trade-ins, and promoting accessory sales, all while ensuring high standards of Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Net Promoter Score (NPS) throughout the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Performance: Meet and uphold company sales standards within your designated area, enhancing the company and brand’s image and prestige.
- Customer Satisfaction: Strive to achieve or surpass CSI and NPS objectives, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and encouraging repeat business.
- Sales Systems Compliance: Follow company sales and prospecting protocols, consistently logging prospects to support the achievement of company goals and expand the customer base.
- Cash and Credit Management: Adhere to company procedures for handling cash and credit transactions, ensuring the security of funds and minimizing loss risks.
- Continuous Improvement: Regularly enhance your knowledge of product ranges, features, industry trends, and effective selling techniques to significantly boost your performance.
- Essential Skills for Success:
- Sales Experience: A minimum of 2 years in sales, preferably with a background in automotive sales.
Upselling Abilities: Proficient in upselling and capable of demonstrating the value of new products.
Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Negotiation Expertise: Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to influence customer decisions.
Team Overview:
This role is focused on achieving Branch Sales and Finance & Insurance (F&I) targets while ensuring a seamless, one-stop sales experience for customers. You will collaborate closely with the Branch Manager, Sales Executives, and Support Staff. Please note that working in the automotive retail industry often requires extended hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet sales goals.
Qualifications for the Role:
- Education: A degree or diploma is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: At least 2 years of automotive experience in a similar retail sales role is essential.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- License Requirement: A valid UAE driving license is necessary.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with automotive technology, coupled with strong negotiation and influencing skills.
