Strategy Development: Define and implement marketing strategies based on school market trends, competitor analysis, and parent feedback to identify growth opportunities.
Campaign Management: Oversee all aspects of marketing campaigns, including ideation, planning, budgeting, execution, and content creation across various platforms such as social media, billboards, press releases, radio, and marketing materials.
Digital Marketing Leadership: Direct digital marketing and SEO initiatives for the websites of the schools and AFEF, ensuring optimal online visibility and engagement.
Multimedia Content Management: Maintain a comprehensive library of multimedia content for the schools and foundation on a termly basis, organizing professional photo and video sessions, podcasts, interviews, and documentaries. Regularly update brochures and fact sheets.
Event Coordination: Manage internal, public, and executive events, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution, actively participating on-site to oversee operations.
Partnership Management: Cultivate partnerships with Al-Futtaim subsidiaries and external organizations. Launch and distribute “Momentum,” a termly magazine reaching over 4,000 families.
Brand Ambassadorship: Serve as the brand ambassador for AFEF and the schools within the Al-Futtaim Group, contributing to the People Advocacy team.
Project Marketing Initiatives: Lead marketing activities for AFEF projects, including Project Aghsan, Scholarships and Refugees’ Scholarships, and Litre of Light. Develop content such as podcasts, documentaries, teasers, and campaigns during Ramadan.
