Job Description:

  • Process payroll accurately and on schedule, ensuring all employee payments are correct and timely.
  • Ensure compliance with payroll laws and regulations to meet legal standards.
  • Maintain precise records of employee information, including hours worked, deductions, and tax details.
  • Address and resolve employee inquiries related to payroll issues promptly and professionally.
  • Generate and distribute payroll reports for management review.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to verify employee data and support budgeting needs.
  • Stay informed about updates in payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Manage and distribute employee benefits, such as health insurance and retirement plans.
  • Assist with end-of-year payroll reporting and tax filings.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality for all employee payroll information.
    Candidate Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in payroll processing and administration.
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification preferred.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven experience managing sensitive and confidential information.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
