Role Overview:
We seek a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to ensure the store’s visual expression aligns with IKEA’s concept and manuals. In this role, you will be vital in delivering inspiring and functional home furnishing solutions, maintaining the integrity of the IKEA brand, and implementing visually appealing displays that enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute displays for accessory shops, shop windows, activity podiums, perimeter breaks, self-serve areas, Swedish Food Market, and Exit Café.
• Ensure all visual presentations follow IKEA manuals and uphold the IKEA concept and brand standards.
• Collaborate with interior designers to create functional and inspiring display solutions aligned with commercial activities.
• Coordinate with the Sales and In-Store Logistics teams to efficiently implement projects and sales activities using IKEA display techniques and sales strategies.
• Support the development and execution of the store’s commercial calendar.
• Implement cost-effective, safe, and environmentally friendly display solutions in compliance with local regulations.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on local home furnishing trends and solutions.
  Skills and Competencies:
• Proven ability to visualize, design, and communicate home furnishing and retail solutions.
• Strong command of English; proficiency in Arabic is an added advantage.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of multitasking.
• Strong aesthetic sense and a passion for design.
  Qualifications and Experience:
• Educational background or professional experience in interior design or visual merchandising.
  Demonstrated attention to detail, focusing on delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines.
  Solid knowledge of home furnishing trends, market preferences, and social influences.
