We seek a Head of Customer and Marketing Data Science to join Al-Futtaim Automotive. This role is critical in driving the implementation of use cases aligned with our Data and AI Strategy while delivering impactful projects for key stakeholders, including Marketing, Customer Engagement, Contact Centre, and Passenger Vehicles.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Predictive Modelling: Develop and implement advanced models such as lead scoring, conversion analysis, and precision marketing to optimize business outcomes.
  • Impactful Use Cases: Deliver at least two high-value use cases annually that contribute to P&L impact through increased sales or cost savings.
  • A/B Testing and Reporting: Support the Marketing team with A/B testing initiatives and standardize KPI metrics for consistent reporting and insights.
  • Customer Data Insights: Analyze historical data to uncover customer insights and provide monthly reports on marketing campaign performance and customer value trends.
  • Data Culture Enablement: Foster a data-driven culture by conducting workshops, brainstorming sessions, and other enablement activities within the organization.
  • Customer Analytics: Collaborate with marketing and engagement teams to enhance lead generation, improve conversion rates, and maximize customer lifetime value using predictive models.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders to identify challenges, co-create use cases, and define the business value for each initiative.
  • Project Delivery: Ensure timely completion of projects unless delays are agreed upon with the Chief Data Officer or stakeholders due to business or technical constraints.
  • Team and Resource Management: Oversee project dependencies, including data access, computational resources, and software requirements, to ensure seamless execution.
  • Performance Accountability: Achieve target business goals in alignment with objectives set by the Chief Data Officer and evaluate progress regularly.
  • Compliance and Ethics: Adhere to Data Office policies regarding work ethics, data processing, and project delivery while managing team dynamics effectively.
  • Skills and Expertise:
  • Extensive Experience: 10+ years of practical experience in predictive and prescriptive modeling in Marketing and Customer Analytics domains.
  • Educational Background: Strong foundation in Marketing Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or Machine Learning (MSc preferred).
  • Technical Expertise: Proficiency in CRM systems, advanced statistics, mathematical modeling, machine learning, and AI techniques.
  • Project Delivery: Proven track record of managing predictive modeling projects throughout their lifecycle with tangible results.

About the Team:

You will lead a talented team of Senior Data Science Managers and Data Science Managers, collaborating with Marketing, IT, and Customer Service departments to deliver highly accurate and impactful data science solutions.
