What We’re Looking For
To join our cabin crew, you should meet the following criteria:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in hospitality or customer service.
- Personality: Positive attitude with the natural ability to deliver excellent service in diverse teams.
- Education: High school graduate (Grade 12).
- Language Skills: Fluency in English (additional languages are a bonus).
- Physical Requirements: At least 160 cm tall, with the ability to reach 212 cm standing on tiptoes to access emergency equipment.
- Appearance: No visible tattoos in uniform (without bandages or cosmetics).
- Location: Must reside in Dubai and meet UAE employment visa requirements.

Salary & Benefits
We offer competitive pay comprising:
- Basic Salary: AED 4,430/month.
- Flying Pay: AED 63.75/hour (based on 80-100 flight hours/month).
- Average Total Monthly Pay: AED 10,170 (~USD 2,770, EUR 2,710, or GBP 2,280).
Additional benefits include:
- Meal allowances for layovers are credited the following month.
- Complimentary hotel accommodation and transport to and from the airport.
