Senior Digital and Social Manager

Role Overview
The Senior Digital and Social Manager plays a key role within the group communications team, leading efforts to elevate the brand’s online presence and execute cutting-edge digital marketing strategies. This strategic leadership role is responsible for crafting and managing end-to-end digital campaigns, including social media, content creation, SEO, paid advertising, and performance analytics, to drive engagement and business growth.

In this role, you will lead a team of digital marketing professionals, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and manage external partnerships to deliver measurable results aligned with corporate goals. The ideal candidate is an innovative, data-driven marketer with deep expertise in digital platforms and a keen ability to adapt to evolving trends in the digital landscape.


Key Responsibilities

1. Digital Strategy Development

  • Define and implement the group’s digital strategy for social media and the corporate website, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Establish KPIs to track success across channels and drive continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and leverage emerging digital trends to create competitive advantages.

2. Social Media Management

  • Oversee group-level social platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, etc.).
  • Develop a robust content calendar aligned with business priorities and communication pillars.
  • Manage community engagement, ensuring prompt responses and brand reputation protection.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce impactful, platform-specific content.
  • Planned and managed paid social campaigns, optimized budgets, and targeted for maximum ROI.

3. Website Management

  • Lead the corporate website’s maintenance, updates, and optimization, ensuring an engaging user experience and performance.
  • Drive traffic through SEO, SEM, and targeted digital campaigns.
  • Oversee content updates, including news, insights, and leadership features, in collaboration with divisions.
  • Utilize analytics to track performance and implement enhancements to improve visitor engagement and conversion.

4. Content and Campaign Execution

  • Manage integrated digital campaigns across social media and the corporate website.
  • Partner with internal and external teams to create high-quality multimedia content.
  • Ensure consistency in brand tone, voice, and visual identity across all digital touchpoints.

5. Data and Analytics

  • Foster a data-driven culture by utilizing analytics to measure channel and campaign performance.
  • Provide leadership with regular reports and dashboards that demonstrate ROI and strategic alignment.
  • Use insights to identify opportunities for improvement and inform future strategies.

6. Collaboration and Governance

  • Align with divisions and business units to ensure digital content supports corporate and divisional goals.
  • Work closely with PR, branding, and internal communications to amplify messaging.
  • Develop governance policies for consistent social media and website management practices.
  • Train and support regional teams to enhance their contributions to group digital platforms.

7. Innovation and Trends

  • Stay informed about the latest social media, digital marketing, and web technologies developments.
  • Introduce innovative ideas to keep the group’s digital presence engaging and competitive.
