This role is centered on managing the sales functions of a specific portfolio by executing effective sales strategies. You will lead the sales team, ensuring they align with the company’s mission, vision, and values while following standard operating procedures. You aim to achieve sales targets and portfolio objectives through effective team direction and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily performance of the sales team, tracking vehicle sales achievements and ensuring sales targets are met.
- Led the sales team in achieving operational goals through business plan development and analysis.
- Continuously assess and evaluate sales team performance to ensure portfolio-specific business goals are achieved.
- Ensure efficient sales processes, handling customer complaints, and enforcing standard procedures within the team.
- Coach team members, foster consistent customer service standards, and support individual development for growth opportunities within the company.
- Maintain business process standards, including ensuring the accurate capture of customer data throughout the sales process.
- Conduct regular team meetings to update product knowledge, encourage discussion, and boost team confidence and performance.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and support Sales Executives in resolving issues to maintain customer satisfaction and meet engagement goals.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and government requirements, manage sales documentation, and minimize business risks.

About the Team:
This role reports directly to the Sales Operations Manager and works closely with the sales team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration (or equivalent)
- 5-8 years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- In-depth knowledge of the sales process
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
