Job Title: Sales Manager – Eicher Trucks
Location: UAE (FAMCO)

Overview:
As the Sales Manager for Eicher Trucks at FAMCO, you will drive sales growth across government, fleet, and private sectors in the UAE. Your primary responsibility will be to promote Eicher Trucks while building strong relationships with key stakeholders, delivering compelling proposals, and ensuring seamless collaboration. You will contribute significantly to expanding the brand’s market presence and achieving monthly targets, including offering comprehensive solutions like finance, insurance, My Eicher App, and Service Contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieving Sales Targets:
    Drive and achieve monthly unit sales targets for Eicher Trucks across government, fleet, and private sectors in the UAE.
  • Collaborative Planning:
    Partner with the Head of Sales and Product Manager to set clear objectives and sales strategies for each model monthly and quarterly.
  • Sales Forecasting & Strategy:
    Develop and execute a robust forecasting strategy to ensure accurate sales projections and maintain margins every week.
  • Performance Tracking & Alignment:
    Continuously monitor and track sales performance, taking necessary actions to align with set targets and ensure continuous growth.
  • Promoting Value-Added Services:
    Meet monthly targets for value-added services, including finance, insurance, Service Maintenance Contracts (SMC), and the My Eicher App.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Project Management Expertise:
    Strong project management and organizational capabilities to efficiently handle multiple priorities.
  • Relationship Management:
    Proven track record of building and maintaining strong business relationships and exceptional negotiation skills.
  • Business & Financial Acumen:
    A solid understanding of business strategies, financials, and sales management.
  • Technical Skills:
    Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to prepare reports, forecasts, and presentations.
  • Communication Skills:
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic or other regionally spoken languages is a plus.
  • Analytical & Presentation Abilities:
    Strong analytical skills to evaluate performance data and excellent presentation skills to communicate insights effectively.

What You Will Need:

  • Education:
    A Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Engineering, Business, or Management.
  • Experience:
    At least 5 years of experience in the automotive industry, focusing on Heavy Commercial Vehicles. Prior experience in the GCC region is highly preferred.
  • Customer-Centric Approach:
    A customer-first mindset focused on clear communication, continuous learning, and achieving results.
  • Interpersonal Skills:
    Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Presentation Skills:

About the Team:

You will be a part of the Trucks Department, reporting directly to the Head of Trucks. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive market share, revenue growth, and the delivery of value-added services.
