CCC Operators ensure that all these systems function properly to provide a comfortable and liveable environment for DFC residents and visitors. What you will do: Verify Work Request details & create Work Order link to Work Request Receive CCC related calls during business days & hours. To follow up with MEP / Non MEP Coordinators on Job Card delays based on appointment and Service Level Agreement Conduct verifications of MEP & Non-MEP Job Cards with Service Provider’s coordinators and forward to respective FM and ensure all Completed Job Cards are closed by relevant parties To ensure daily reports on Closed Job cards, Planned Preventive Maintenance & other reports to be generated & report to CCC Manager To Monitor equipment failure & raise Job Cards for contractors and report to FM - CCC, to maximize Building Management System operational capabilities. Routinely checks correct system operation of all equipment Based on Standard Operating System of the Building Management System and monitor the operation of the HVAC control systems using the BMS to monitor performance. Role Overview – FM CCC Operator (AFGRE – Dubai Festival City)

The Central Command Center (CCC) within AFGRE – Facilities Management is a critical 24/7 operation responsible for monitoring and managing key systems across Dubai Festival City (DFC). These include the Building Management System (BMS), SCADA, traffic signals, CAFM, and irrigation systems.
As a CCC Operator, you play a vital role in ensuring these systems run efficiently, contributing to a comfortable, safe, and sustainable environment for residents and visitors alike.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work Order Management
  • Validate and link Work Requests to Work Orders within the system
  • Manage and respond to CCC-related calls during business hours
  • Follow up with MEP/Non-MEP Coordinators on job delays in line with SLAs
  • Coordination & Reporting
  • Verify MEP & Non-MEP Job Cards with service provider coordinators
  • Forward verified Job Cards to relevant FM teams and ensure timely closure
  • Generate and submit daily reports on completed job cards, PPMs, and system performance
  • System Monitoring & Issue Resolution
  • Monitor equipment failures and raise Job Cards for contractors
  • Notify FM-CCC of any system issues to optimize BMS performance
  • Conduct routine system checks based on standard operating procedures
  • Energy & Performance Monitoring
  • Track energy savings across all SPVs under AFGRE – FM
  • Monitor HVAC performance using BMS and ensure proper control system operation
  • Advise FM Managers on SLA breaches via the iViva system

Required Skills & Competencies

Technical Qualifications:

  • Educational background in A/C, BMS, or related technical fields
  • At least 3 years’ experience in HVAC systems, BMS installation, and maintenance
  • Working knowledge of BMS and CAFM/CMMS systems (e.g., iViva)

Behavioural Competencies:

  • Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
  • Positive, proactive, and solution-oriented (“can-do” attitude)
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
  • Flexible to work night shifts, weekends, and during special events
